Build workflow

Low-volume PCB assembly questions

Is low volume defined by one fixed quantity?

No. Board complexity, setup, sourcing and the maturity of the manufacturing package all affect whether a build should be treated as a prototype or controlled low-volume production.

Can a prototype move directly into low-volume production?

Sometimes, but only after open design, sourcing and test issues are resolved and the released revision is clear.

Does Cyrionix own the assembly factory?

Cyrionix coordinates projects through manufacturing partners in the Shenzhen electronics supply chain and does not present itself as an owned factory.
